Work Adjustment Program

PARC Work Adjustment program is a short-term assessment program to determine suitability for employment. Work adjustment addresses the following areas:

• Work habits
• Interpersonal relationships with supervisors and co-workers
• Production quality and quantity of work
• Potential for skill development
• Decision-making and judgment skills
• Developing realistic vocational skills
• Attitude
• Motivation
• Personal hygiene and grooming
• Exploration of vocational interest
